Klumcee, whose real name is Lester Vano, is a multi-awarded Filipino music producer, rapper, and songwriter. He began his career as an emcee in 2004 before transitioning into music production and sound engineering by 2006. Over the years, he has produced and arranged music for some of the biggest names in Filipino hip-hop, including Francis M, Gloc-9, Loonie, Abra, Aklas, and Shanti Dope. His work has earned him multiple accolades, such as Best Rap Song honors, national recognition from cultural institutions, and awards for tracks like “Tao Lang” and “Laman Loob.” Klumcee is also a co-founder of Young God Records, where he plays a key role in shaping the sound of emerging and established artists like Shanti Dope and Hellmerry. Known for his versatility, precision, and musical vision, Klumcee has helped define the sound of modern Pinoy hip-hop, both behind the mic and behind the boards.
